Our largest conference room can accommodate up to 250 people. If you have more people, we can help with a room for up to 300 people at our neighboring Fredericia Idrætscenter.

Our premises and room layouts are mobile and flexible. This means you get exactly the right space and atmosphere for your number of participants. No one gets squeezed and no one gets forgotten.

We also offer smaller meeting rooms that are tastefully decorated in different themes. All with flat screen TV, canvas and flipchart. If you need everyone to have their say and be seen and heard, this is the perfect space. For example, for team meetings or small workshops.

If you need some fresh air, an activity or team building outside the hotel, there are plenty of options close to the hotel. A little from the nature area Madsbyparken right outside the door, to the neighboring Fredericia Sports Center, to the indoor gocart center on the other side of the road, to Bridge Walking and Whale Watching within short driving distance.

The Triangle Region is a geographical hub, making it easy to get back and forth between the conference destination and nearby cities. At Hotel Fredericia, we are also at your service when it comes to arranging transportation.

We continuously provide plenty of refreshing ice water and delicious fruit for your guests. And we keep a close eye on your event and continuously assess your catering needs. Nothing should be missing.

Gastronomy plays an important role in a successful conference. Food should taste good, please and renew your guests’ energy. We serve all meals in the hotel’s cozy and stylishly decorated restaurant, where we also offer special conference menus.

In addition, our skilled chefs and always smiling waiters are ready to serve you from an exquisite a la carte menu. Here, all dishes are aesthetically composed with a sharp focus on fresh ingredients, a treat for the taste buds and culinary delight.

Why hold a conference in The Triangle Region in Denmark?

Regardless of whether you come from Denmark, Norway, Sweden, or Northern Germany, it is easy to reach the Triangle Area and Fredericia. Our conference hotel is centrally located on the map of Denmark and close to the E20, where the South Jutland, Funen and East Jutland highways intersect and connect. This means you’ll need to drive a maximum of 2½ hours – no matter where you’re coming from in the country.

If your guests arrive at Fredericia Railway Station by train or bus, we can help you book transportation to and from the station. If your luggage isn’t too heavy, you can enjoy a brisk walk of around one kilometer to or from your hotel.

Fredericia is a beautiful market town steeped in history. The old fortifications run through the town as an exciting historical testimony to the fact that Fredericia, among few towns in Denmark, was founded and built as a 17th century fortress town with moats, gunpowder towers and bastions.

Although the Swedish wars are a thing of the past, you’re sure to find yourself drawn to both an active and vibrant city life surrounded by beautiful nature with fjord, belt and moraine landscape.

Are all participants and speakers either unwilling or unable to attend in person? A hybrid meeting is the flexible solution for hosting meetings and conferences. We tailor a live setup that fits your business needs. This allows employees to be present both physically and online. At Hotel Fredericia we can facilitate Hybrid meetings or live conferences for the large meeting, the small meeting and the conference.

Lighting, fresh air and acoustics that don’t detract from the guests’ experience are essential for a successful conference. That’s why we have made an extra effort to optimize the indoor climate of the conference rooms – both in terms of light, air and sound.

Your guests deserve the best. And so do your presentations. That’s why all meeting rooms are equipped with all the modern AV equipment you need. In addition to fast and stable WIFI, we have ceiling-mounted VGA projectors in all our training and conference rooms, which you control remotely together with the ceiling-mounted sound system.

If you need creative elements for your course or conference, there are plenty of options – both indoors and out in the beautiful surroundings. Maybe you need a special activity that matches the theme of your conference? Say the word and we’ll find the opportunities.

One of Fredericia’s major attractions, which is definitely worth highlighting in this context, is BridgeWalking. Here you can challenge your participants with a slightly extreme and nerve-wracking experience as they cross the old Little Belt Bridge. Doesn’t sound like much, does it? But it’s at the very top, at a height of 60 meters, of the almost 100-year-old railway bridge that the tour takes place.

If your nerves are not of steel, we have many other outdoor activities to spice up your conference or course. You can go bow and arrow shooting, sea kayaking in the Little Belt or mountain biking in Hannerup Forest.

For competition and speed, you can book Gokart and Matchrace. If you want to stay close by, you can strengthen your guests’ team spirit and teamwork at the bowling alley, located just 100 meters from the hotel’s conference center.

Want to meet the locals? Then Meet the locals offers true local experiences. You can book a tasting with the winemaker at Thuesensminde, take part in a culinary excursion in a historical setting or go fishing in the Little Belt with Peter.

When your guests arrive at our hotel and conference center, they will be welcomed by our well-trained and smiling staff. Your conference attendees will quickly feel welcome and pampered.

We start by serving a delicious and tasty breakfast buffet, so your guests are well prepared for the day’s events. Then the day’s program kicks off in our professional conference and meeting rooms.

When it’s time for lunch, your guests will be served a delicious buffet of fresh ingredients that will re-energize them for the rest of the day. The hotel’s restaurant also provides an exquisite evening conference menu of up to three courses, enjoyed with a panoramic view of beautiful greenery. In addition, you can count on continuous catering throughout the conference in the form of coffee and tea, ice-cold water, sweets and healthy snacks. Before it’s time to retire and recharge in the newly refurbished hotel rooms, the late evening hours can be enjoyed on our view terrace or in the hotel bar.

All our conference rooms are bright and friendly with great views from the large floor-to-ceiling windows, which of course also provide a nice and pleasant light in the room.

The hotel’s large conference facilities The hall is equipped with movable walls, allowing for multiple setups. Overall, the largest display model is 260 square meters and can accommodate 180 people in a cinema chair set-up.

You can switch between 5 possible setups, with the smallest being 50 square meters.

All setups provide access to wireless networking, ceiling-mounted projector with VGA or HDMI connection, wall screen and sound system.

Choosing a larger setup, such as 130 square meters or 260 square meters, allows for a double screen. Wireless Barco Clickhare for screen image, VGA or HDMI connection. For setups that include rooms 2 and 3, microphones, including multiple headsets and/or handheld microphones are available.

Conference rooms 1-2-3-4 have independent air conditioning and air change units. All rooms can be equipped with a large mobile whiteboard, lectern and stage for music, speakers and more. All lighting is sensor-controlled and can be dimmed as desired.

Acoustics are hugely important to many course organizers. That’s why we pride ourselves on creating extremely comfortable acoustics, so in most cases you don’t even need a microphone. For a great sound system in conference facilities, we naturally have both regular microphones and wireless headset microphones. Of course, we also have a lectern and stage podium, and the conference hall and rooms are air-conditioned.

It’s really important to us that our guests get what they need – and our motto is: “We fix it” – so anything can be fixed.

In the conference area you’ll find our restaurant, small group rooms and excellent toilet facilities. Depending on the time of the conference, guests can look forward to an absolutely magnificent breakfast buffet, a fantastic lunch buffet with exquisite dishes from both cold and hot cuisine. If the conference is heading towards dinner, we have several great 2-3 course conference menus to choose from. Alternatively, we offer a delicious a la carte menu, which you can see here.

The surrounding area is beautiful and the hotel is close to golf courses, exhibition center, shopping, Madsbyparken, the railway station, the highway network, Lillebælt – all within a radius of a few kilometers.
