Get the dialogue started with artistic dialogue cards. Choose a topic, such as well-being, collaboration, humor or something else. Spread the cards out on the table. Each participant takes turns drawing a card and using the card, tells what is important to the participants within that particular topic. The other participants listen, typically providing brief conversation or feedback. Then it is on to the next participant, who draws a new card. The dialogue cards were developed by artistic designer Vibeke Valter Wullf. She works with communication design on a daily basis, and the dialogue cards help to create an easier dialogue and inspiration from the artistic motifs. The dialogue cards typically have the effect of participants telling about specific episodes and decoding the artistic motif according to what is meaningful to the individual.

The parades often go wild when colleagues suddenly stand together in swimsuits. Sometimes a cold dip is needed. Or a warm one. Both are possible right next door. Because almost in continuation of the hotel entrance you will find Fredericia Sports Center’s swimming pool. Here there are classic pools with 1, 3 and 5-meter slides.
You can also let your inner peace sink in the steam bath and bio sauna. Perhaps your conference coincides with one of the days when saunagus or other events are held.
In addition to the swimming pool, there is also a newly renovated tropical water park with a water slide. Whether you need to swim a few laps before the day’s program starts, or if the whole team needs to be involved, the swimming facilities at our neighbor are worth considering.

TRY3GOLF Business is a new initiative from Fredericia Golf Club in collaboration with Golfklubben Lillebælt and Birkemose Golf Club. A few minutes drive from Hotel Fredericia is the golf club, which offers this special form of team building in beautiful surroundings. You will receive 2.5 hours of instruction and play on three different courses. There is also the option to further tailor the event to suit your needs.

You can look forward to a truly unique experience if you choose the 2.5 kilometer long trip at an altitude of 60 meters over the Little Belt. Once you have put on your safety suits and received the safety instructions at the welcome center at the Hindsgavl nature center, you will then walk at a brisk trot to the foot of the bridge.
Here, a steep climb begins, first up to the roadway and then further up to the “roof” of the bridge. The trip is so unique that the weather is not crucial, but still, cross your fingers that the weather gods are with you. Then you can enjoy stomach-churning and jaw-dropping views.
You are equipped with radios so you can clearly hear the guide, who tells about the history of the bridge, funny anecdotes and points out the different things and areas you can see from the bridge.

As a longer alternative to a walk and talk, you can take a cycle and talk. What could be more obvious than taking a section of the Baltic Sea Route that passes through Fredericia.
The route is called Denmark’s most beautiful cycle route. This has also been noticed abroad, because in 2019, a jury of cycling and travel journalists at the Netherlands’ largest hiking and cycling fair named the Baltic Sea Route “Cycle Route of the Year”.
You will certainly not reach the entire route, as it passes through 17 municipalities and is 820 kilometers long. But take a piece of it south to Middelfart or west to Kolding.

You sail in teams of 4-5 people and must learn to cooperate to make the boat sail optimally and in the right direction, of course. It all culminates in a final match race, where you compete against each other.
This activity is about much more than coming first and having bragging rights. Together with the organizer, you align expectations on what you as a company want to achieve on this day. The sailing is then organized based on your specific wishes and purpose for the event. It does not require you to be an experienced sailor. Perhaps what you need most is to be able to relax a bit, breathe in the sea air, enjoy nature and keep an eye on the world’s smallest whale – the porpoise.
The whale safari tours depart from the Old Harbour in Middelfart either with the galeas Aventura or the tour boat Mira3.
The skipper tells about the porpoise and the history of porpoise fishing in the Little Belt. Along the way you pass both the New and Old Little Belt Bridges.
