Terms and conditions of sale

Hotel Fredericia reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit/debit card before arrival.

When you make a reservation through our website: www.hotel-fredericia.dk we ask for a guarantee with your credit card, or payment at the time of booking if you have chosen this payment method. First name and last name must match the guest’s ID card and credit card, which must be presented upon request at check-in. You can view the cancellation and payment terms on the current offer when ordering. This is also stated in the confirmation email that is sent after a booking is made.

Payment is in DKK

All prices are total prices including VAT.

Conditions for changing and canceling a reservation

Reservations made on the hotel’s own website can be changed or canceled. Changes or cancellations are subject to possible price changes. The reservation cannot be transferred to another hotel. Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation of cancellation to the email address provided. This confirmation is a guarantee that the room has been canceled. For hotel stays/accommodation booked through a third party or through online travel agencies, the relevant party must be contacted directly.

Reservations without the option to cancel

If you have made a non-refundable booking via the hotel’s website, the reservation must be prepaid and is non-refundable. Possibly. Changes can only be made by contacting the hotel directly either by email: info@hotel-fredericia.dk or phone: +45 70895356. Changes are subject to a fee of DKK 300 per reservation per time the date is changed. Please note that changes in dates, number of nights, number of people, etc. May lead to a change in the price per night. We reserve the right to sell out days and/or room categories when changing the date or length of stay. Any price reduction in the stay due to a change is non-refundable. Reservations can be max. Change to 12 months from the originally booked date.

Reservations with the option to cancel

All reservations that include accommodation with or without breakfast can be changed and/or canceled without any additional fees or costs until 12:00 noon on the day of arrival. Changes or cancellations after 12:00 on the day of arrival will result in a charge for the first night of the stay. Reservations booked as a stay with board (e.g. weekend stay or golf stay) can be canceled before 12:00 noon the day before the day of arrival.

Changes to reservations made on the hotel’s own website must be made by contacting the hotel directly either by email: info@hotel-fredericia.dk or phone: +45 7089 5356.

Please note that changes in date, number of nights, number of persons or similar. May lead to a change in the price per night. Reservations are subject to sold-out days and/or room categories when changing reservations.

In case of no-show, the credit card number provided will be charged according to the cancellation terms of the reservation in question.

Check in and check out

The room is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure. If the departure time is not met, the hotel reserves the right to charge you the room rate for an extra night according to the applicable list prices.

Failure to check in on the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of your right to use the room for the remaining nights you have booked. If you wish to use the reservation after the original arrival date, it is your responsibility to contact the hotel no later than the originally scheduled check-in date. This must be done in writing via email and applies to all booking types.

Groups

The prices on the website are for individual reservations up to a maximum of 5 rooms in total. If 6 or more rooms are booked for the same period, the hotel will consider it as a group, which will result in a change in prices and general conditions, including cancellation and payment terms. The hotel will send a group contract for signature to confirm the reservations.

Guests under 18 years old

Guests under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by an adult when staying at the hotel.
